We know this is a challenging time and want to assure you that your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us at OALI. We are strictly following all CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 and continue to follow any mandates by Governor Cuomo and New York state.
On May 26, 2020, the Governor re-opened Suffolk County for elective surgeries. If your OALI physician has indicated you for surgery, someone will be in touch shortly (if not already). Urgent and emerncy surgeries continue to be scheduled as needed at St. Charles, St. Catherine of Siena, and Good Samaritan hospitals.
We continue to be available for both in-office and telemedicine visits, as well as same-day visits in many of our locations.
While we always hold our staff to the highest level of standards for sanitation and sterilization, we have implemented extraordinary safety measures consistent with the guidelines, including:
- Previsit registration
- Pre-entry health screenings
- Social distancing with extended times between appointments
- PPE, if needed
- Continuous disinfecting of all clinical office and waiting spaces
We continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation closely. We will continue to provide updates on our website (https://www.OALI.com) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/OrthopedicAssociatesofLongIsland). And, as always, please call our office at (631) 689-6698 with any questions or concerns you may have.
Thank you for your trust and understanding as this situation continues to evolve. We are here for you and are committed to providing excellent orthopedic care, now and always.
